College diplomas don't mean shit. Any monkey can get one. It doesn't mean you can perform your job better. It definitely does not mean you are smarter. All it means is you have been fully immersed in the liberal garbage juicer of academia. And that garbage juicer does not dispense root beer or kerosene.

I know all about this shit, man! I'm tired of going to school year after year to do what I already know how to do. I have to pay over $100,000 to buy a piece of paper that says I'm intelligent enough to do my job. Fuck school! I'm dropping out!
Actually it prove to an employer that you are goal oriented and you are willing to put aside immediate goals and work toards the large prize. It means you make the extra money because you put in the extra work. It doesn't make you smarter it just means you should be, especially in your major.
