I refuse to devote that much time to that essay. I believe the toilet seat should be looked at prior to a female sitting down. If you didn't check, you deserve to fall in.
Actually, it stemmed from an article about why don't people put urinals in their homes. If they do opt for a second facility, it's usually a bidet, which is pointless, uses more water, and too French for my liking.
