Perhaps the ultimate tool in the lost art of the prank call: With the advent of caller ID prank calling has lost it's luster, until now. The nice folks over at Spoofcard.com are offering a "calling card". For $10 USD, you can get a 60 minute calling card. You call an 800 number, enter the desired number to call, enter the number you want to pop up on the recipient's caller ID, and viola...you're golden. They also offer included voice changing options.

A similar service is offered by Telespoof.com. Except Telespoof just got a love letter from the FCC...And they are no longer accepting new customers.
