This is the best one:
Saki starts the 3-minute countdown (on a Sony Superslim computer, just like Shinji Mimura's) at 1:48:50 (on the Korean SE), and the bomb goes off at 1:53:15, four minutes and 25 seconds later. Even if we consider an overlap in events (so that Saki's death may be simultaneous with Nanahara's fight with the ATAT captain), we last see the ATAT leader at 1:49:03 (13 seconds after the countdown starts) and shows up to take on Nanahara and the others at 1:49:21. So even with an overlap and the dubious assumption that the ATAT leader leaves Saki and confronts Nanahara immediately after, it still means that the countdown was over four minutes long.
