"It's doing the backstroke"

Why is it you only see flies in seedy places like the Waffle House? Any upscale joint seems to always be fly-free. Do they hire some Mexican to swat flies all day? Are flies attracted to shit? Or are flies not classy? I fuckin fuckin fuckin hate bugs, especially near my food and/or drink. I'm sure the cleanliness of the place (of lack thereof) doesn't help with the bug problem. I'm gonna start carrying bug spray on me at all times and spray down the whole place before I hang out there. And since you asked, yes, I'll be spraying the employees too.
