Ebay is the devil

Ebay is royally pissing me off. They suspended me cause one person complained. Fine, I understand that. I fixed that. They also made me pay my sellers fees in full. Fine. Did that. But continuing my suspension for negative feedback I got 6 months ago?!? Screw that. This dude buys a fuel pump, says it doesn't work, but doesn't contact me, just leaves bad feedback. Once the feedback is there it can't be removed, so I moved on with life. Now they want me to go back and do something about it. But he's not responding to my emails. Oooh, I'm so irate.
